Business networks and servers that stay up
Slow Wi-Fi, dropped video calls and a server closet nobody wants to open cost more than they seem. We design, install and support the network and server infrastructure small and medium businesses depend on — documented, secured and monitored.

Network & Server Services

- Network storage
- UPS & power protection
- Point-to-point wireless
Almost everything a business does now travels over its network: cloud apps, phone calls, video meetings, payment terminals, cameras and printers. When that network is a patchwork of consumer routers and unlabelled cables, problems show up as slow Wi-Fi in the back office, calls that break up and outages nobody can explain.
We start with a site survey and a look at how the space is actually used, then design a network that fits: business-grade firewalls, managed switches, properly placed access points, separate networks for guests and devices like cameras or payment terminals, secure remote access and a backup internet connection where downtime isn't an option. Cabling is planned around the building, from modern offices to older buildings and warehouses.
Servers still earn their place for some businesses — specialized software, large files, local storage or tight performance needs. Where they do, we install, virtualize, back up and support them properly, with battery backup and monitoring. Where they don't, we plan the move to cloud services instead of replacing hardware out of habit.

Who it's for
Who we work with
Offices & clinics
Reliable Wi-Fi in every room, clean video calls and a secure network for practice-management and accounting software.
Warehouses & manufacturers
Coverage across large, metal-filled spaces for scanners, label printers and shop-floor terminals.
Multi-site businesses
Secure connections between locations so shared systems and phones work the same everywhere.
Retail & hospitality
Payment terminals and point-of-sale kept separate from guest Wi-Fi and cameras.
Farms & rural properties
Wireless links between buildings and backup internet where a single rural connection isn't enough.
Office moves
A new space planned, cabled and tested before move-in day, so the team walks in and gets to work.
Process
How it works
- 01
Site survey
We walk the space, test coverage and document the equipment and cabling already in place.
- 02
Design & quote
A network plan with equipment, cabling and labour itemized, and options explained.
- 03
Installation
Installed and configured with minimal disruption, including after-hours cutovers when needed.
- 04
Document & support
Diagrams, credentials in your name and ongoing monitoring so issues are caught early.
Pricing
How pricing works
Network and server projects are quoted after a site survey, with equipment and labour itemized. Ongoing monitoring and support can be added to a managed IT agreement.
Replacing an ageing server? Compare it with cloud options first — the right answer depends on your software, your internet connection and total cost over several years.
- Size and layout of the space
- Number of users, devices and access points
- Cabling runs and building constraints
- Equipment choice and redundancy
- After-hours installation to avoid downtime

FAQ
Networks & Servers questions
How much does it cost to install a business network?
It depends on the size and layout of the space, how many access points and switches are needed, how much cabling has to be run and whether you need redundancy such as backup internet. A site survey turns those unknowns into an itemized quote.
Do we still need a server, or should everything move to the cloud?
Many small businesses can retire their server by moving email, files and apps to Microsoft 365 or other cloud services. A server can still make sense for specialized software, very large files or limited internet. We compare both on cost and practicality before recommending either.
Why is our office Wi-Fi so slow?
Common causes are too few access points, consumer-grade equipment, interference from neighbouring networks, walls and shelving that block signal, and every device sharing one busy network. A wireless survey shows where coverage drops, and properly placed business access points usually fix it.
Can you run network cabling in an older building?
Usually, yes. Older buildings can limit cabling routes, so we plan runs around what the building allows — existing conduits, ceiling spaces or surface raceways — and use wireless links where cabling isn't practical. Strata and landlord approvals are part of the plan.
Can installations happen outside business hours?
Yes. Firewall replacements, network cutovers and server work can be scheduled for evenings or weekends so your team isn't interrupted during the working day.
